Sacred Seas Scuba is a family owned and operated dive company located
on Kauai and we pride ourselves in treating all customers as part
of the family. We offer the most personalized diving experience
on Kauai. We cater exclusively to small groups of 1 to 6 divers
and never mix divers of different skill levels. We specialize in
guided tours, certifications, introductory divers and specialty
dives. Divers will be given a detailed briefing regarding Kauai's
unique underwater ecology and any points of interest relating to
that specific dive location. Each diver will be provided with a
full wetsuit, scuba gear, a hot shower, snacks and cold beverages.

Description First Time Divers: First time (non-certified) divers will experience
the PADI Discover Scuba Diving program, which covers the fundamental
rules and guidelines of scuba diving. This experience can also be
applied toward the certification process. After this detailed, hands-on
orientation, divers will enter shallow water and practice four basic
scuba-related skills. There skills are designed to build confidence
and to show the diver just how easy scuba diving really is. After
completing the skills portion, divers are qualified to dive to a maximum
depth of 40 feet, under the direct supervision of our PADI instructors.
The entire process for a one tank dive takes approximately 3 hours,
with an average dive time of 45 minutes. The entire process for a
2 tank introductory dive takes 4 ½ hours.Certified Divers : Certified divers will enjoy exploring
one of Kauai’s beautiful reef systems. All necessary scuba
equipment is provided, including a full length wetsuit for extra
warmth. Certified divers will enjoy an interesting site and marine
biology orientation. Our detailed site briefings include a map of
the dive site, explaining all aspects of the dive such as depth,
topography, and procedures. Our marine biology briefings include
fish identification, along with interesting facts about endemic
and rare species. Each dive is approximately 45 minutes with and
average depth of 35-60 feet. Divers will enjoy a relaxing surface
interval which includes delicious snacks, cold beverages, and a
hot water shower, followed by an optional second dive. The entire
process for a one tank dive in approximately 2 hours and 4 hours
for a two tank dive.
