Multiple entry points, easy access, never crowded. All of it is good, but I most highly recommend turtle cleaning station at house 38/40. Public access is a narrow trail with little parking, but there's usually a spot or two somewhere nearby to put the car. Turtles come in to be cleaned, and the coral cave and arch structures are amazing. Coral area is so extensive it's like diving over a "great plain" of coral, and closer in the lava cliffs are very impressive. Turtles, morays, and at least 25 species of fish on a single dive.
